Skype is a free piece of software (download it from www.skype.net) that allows you to plug a microphone into your computer and make completely free voice "calls" to any other Skype user.

Working Hours

Although we normally work around 12 hours or so a day, it tends to be at different times of day. The time that you are most likely to catch us online and available to chat is week-days between 7am and 1pm (UK time), although it's not unknown for us to be still working at midnight!

Although we aren't able to take Skype calls all day - we do answer emails as soon as we see them.
